Who are we?<\/a><\/h2>\n

\"qui\"\u00c0 Contre-Courant<\/strong> is Montreal\u2019s gay and lesbian masters\u2019 swim club. Besides swimming, it offers its members water polo and synchronized swimming. These activities are open to all adults, regardless of age, gender, sexual orientation or level of athletic performance.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n

Schedules and pools<\/a><\/h2>\n

\"calendrier\"All of \u00c0 Contre-Courant\u2019s workouts normally take place at the swimming pool of the C\u00e9gep du Vieux-Montr\u00e9al<\/strong>, located at 255 Ontario St. East<\/a> (corner Sanguinet), in Montreal (Sherbrooke or Berri-UQAM metro stations).<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Membership<\/a><\/h2>\n

\"adhesion\" You don\u2019t have to be a champion to participate in \u00c0 Contre-Courant\u2019s training sessions: we cater to every level of performance. Our year is divided into three sessions (fall, winter, summer), but you can start anytime. \u00a0And our membership fees are very competitive.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n
